The Frederic Chopin Society is an international piano recital series serving the greater metropolitan area of St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota. Concerts are held in the intimate setting of Mairs Concert Hall at Macalester College in St. Paul.
The Chopin Society was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 1984 and held a five-day, all-Chopin Festival in May of that year. Additional Chopin Festivals and occasional solo recitals were held during the following two years. Since 1986, the Society has presented a traditional fall-to-spring concert season and expanded programming to include the music of many composers besides Chopin.
Our 2015-16 season will present five concerts with some of the biggest talent in the piano world. Season tickets are available now. Please visit the Tickets page on our website for instructions on ordering season tickets or single tickets. Many of our concerts sell out so it’s a good idea to order early.
We look forward to seeing you at the concerts!
